Inbound texts flow through Quo's webhook to the same AI reply pipeline as email — no scanning needed. Replies arrive in real time and queue with 2-15 min jitter.
Setup once: in Settings → SMS Accounts, copy the inbound webhook URL into Quo (Settings → Webhooks → subscribe to message.received). After that, every incoming text triggers AI reply automatically.

Email Mailboxes
Connect mailboxes via SMTP/IMAP. Outbound emails rotate across enabled mailboxes; replies are auto-detected from each. Use an app password, not your main account password.
SMS Accounts
Connect a Quo account (formerly OpenPhone) to send & receive SMS. Calling works without this — only required for texting. Don't have an account? Sign up at Quo →  ·  Already have one? Get your API key at my.openphone.com/settings/api.

Inbound webhook URL
In Quo, go to Settings → Webhooks → Add webhook, paste the URL below, and subscribe to message.received. This is what makes inbound texts trigger AI replies.
📞 Inbound call webhook URL
In Quo, add a second webhook and subscribe to call.completed (required), plus optionally call.recording.completed, call.transcript.completed, and call.summary.completed for recordings & transcripts.
When a lead calls your Quo number, DirectREI will automatically match them to a contact, log the call, and flag them for your attention — including what outreach triggered the callback (e.g. "mailed May 15").
Calling integration
Choose how your 📞 Call buttons (Dialer + contact rows) place the call. Pick a provider here, install its desktop app, and our Call buttons route every dial through it.
Send Window
The cron drains the follow-up queue every 5 minutes — but only during the window you set here. Default is 24/7 (every day, all hours). Tighten this to mimic real-human sending hours and reduce spam-flagging.
